is no doubt that Mexico is our magical, incredible, Kafkaesque, and so we are finishing a year in our history. Bicentennial Year and celebrations (no joke), year-out war (literally, as it had to change the PFP to CISEN, later Governor, then the Pines, then to the Army and eventually the Navy .) And now, what with Wikileaks, only that causes stress and not let anybody sleep and eventually becomes Kafka to take over the situation with all the political arrangements that prepare electoral life the next two years.
A year of economic instability, of shocks and lawsuits, lawsuits everywhere. If we were in a truck, the Mexicans will shout at the driver would have to be fixed, and that does not bring the vehicle potatoes (typical complaint in Mexico), we bounced up and down and all the corners, the rows of the EMS, the Chambers, litigation between the parties, political assassinations, kidnappings, and despite everything, the country continues to walk.

Diego Fernandez de Ceballos is kidnapped, no one knows anything, and apparently nobody cares.
Rep. Godoy finally out of the trunk of direct street without jurisdiction (at the end of this editorial, we did not know if he would appear.) And not just in Mexico, we took a gamble in a strange way, the Church worldwide, ancient repeats his willingness to disappear off the map any member of his church which scandals: Maciel it erased from history, and even Mexicans seem to kill their opponents, then make them heroes or vice versa.

In recent months I have had the opportunity to travel to different countries of Latin America by providing consulting for different companies. I have participated in strategic planning processes, creating new business models, marketing process alignment, sales and trade marketing, among others.
Beyond the objective of each of these interventions, a constant is present in all the working group and corporation: the importance of communication as a drive shaft of the solution of problems. Seems obvious. But what I mean is that communication solves problems that may think they are very technical. Here are some examples.
corporate boards in wasted hours and hours of valuable time, while executives do not realize discussing the same thing, but do not reach a consensus, because they are calling things differently.
Another case may be, when executives are realizing that brand positioning is not understood by the consumer, because from what he thinks the designer and the wearer to the market there is a lack of understanding, and hence large failures the market.

Sometimes you want to go as fast, so fast that you forget the little things in life.
Sometimes we strive to get ahead. To advance the right foot before the left, and of course ... stumble and fall. And not just because of the fall, but the damage it causes.
We can fall into sponge, which helps us to endure the fall. We also dropped on springs so that we fall we get up. Yes, also fall into flour, which will leave us but we rise marked a lifetime. With great sadness, the only thing that makes me think is that it is a problem that is rooted in Mexico, which goes beyond political parties, which is a national disgrace that is manifested in the ten years of the PAN, or the 70 previous PRI, or the few that takes the PRD in some states. The practice of politics is the same, corruption, the pursuit of personal gain, the defense of party dogma on the interests of Citizenship and Mexico, and that ambition to tax money and the power itself, can fall into saying anything, but repeated use, to attack a political enemy, the same tactics they used for many years.
I have repeated on several occasions and, unfortunately, I say it again: the alternation in Mexico has not taken effect, it has been for nothing, because our politicians, regardless of any party, end up doing what the political mold Mexican, glorying in the power, half-truths that, believe his own rhetoric, not seeing the reality of the country and less to assume that there were mistakes and correct them. Examples
have daily what happens to the deputy Godoy and his alleged involvement with drug trafficking, the excesses of Amalia Garcia in the Government of Zacatecas and now, magically, wants to play for the governorship of Mexico City without the residence, or what about AMLO, Juanito, assassinations of candidates for governors or former governors, finally, in the words of the sentence of a former comedian, "what a beautiful family." That is our sad reality.
Now that the much-fought finish and curses of the Bicentennial celebrations, with deep sadness we can say that the attitude of politicians has not changed anything. Now we remember our history, we see that we are equal, the power struggle is fierce and use the same tactics as always, we have not advanced much to say.
Today, the country is held by the selfishness of politicians for their lack of vision, there is no real leadership or vision of the state. The worst thing is that, 200 years of independence and a hundred of the Revolution, our policy has the same weak human bases. That is the evil of Mexico. This lesson

As I said, this time I would play talk my thoughts. And I will.
This weekend I could live with some young people with a vocation to follow the style of Jesus of Nazareth.
I could find in them what he thought long dead: We all have dreams, and with the help of others can get.
One of the things that worried me 2 or 3 years ago, when I began in this world of vocation, was the one who must feel to be called by God, as if he could find "that" he felt a real call. Gradually I came to understand that it was. I remember I took some work to know, and above and more accepted. But as I always say, the things of God can not reason, have no such explanation we need. So I decided to launch into the adventure, sure what he was doing what I wanted .... rather, what did not.
Being with these young people have remembered all that, because of his age and I started to make my first steps into the Lasallian world. I did not have that kind of contacting directly with their peers, or not so young, vocation. Of course, no one criticizes him, because now everything is fine (if not so, and would talk ... haha, just kidding).

The power of communication
few days ago I had the opportunity to lead a strategic planning session to define the business model of a company using innovative techniques. In some part of the exercise, the group was divided into small groups each work element of the business model and make decisions that would change the direction of the organization. In a conference room with 14 people organized four groups.
The funny thing is that although they were all in the same room, each group began to make decisions without informing or consulting the rest of the participants. When everyone started to report their share of work, they realized that lack of information and absence of communication, decisions had been taken the wrong.
Some cried that nobody had warned them, others wondered why other groups have not reported, and so forth ... So did all the usual excuses and recriminations normal in such situations. If this happens between a small number of executives in a boardroom, can imagine what happens in a corporation larger or a multinational company? In the end, all participants understood that for business to flow properly, there must be good communication.
The interesting exercise is to understand the basic principle of business communication starts in each of the persons working in the company and that is a problem of will to the communication. It is important to note that in this process, which supposedly is natural in humans, involving many factors, starting with the excitement, forgetting, ego, laziness and reaching in order not to communicate a particular intention .
Today, in the business world, this human factor is one of the main brakes or qualities to achieve business goals. This group of executives were very clear the impact of communication in the future of their business, with a simple exercise in a small conference room.

In the next week many jobs university. Bases Psychopedagogical Special Education Practicum, Sr. music, Chorus, Vocal Training .... Now, a non-stop!

This weekend, surrounded by 100 people, including children and animators have been able to discover the competitiveness of the catechists, the love of young people and their concerns, the force's intelligence Obelix and Asterix. Participation in the march, the Eucharist (chaired by the Bishop of the Diocese of Asidonia-Jerez), and later in cohabitation has been large (have not been collected facts, but we were more or less around 1000).
