What Does A Goiter Look Like

In recent months I have had the opportunity to travel to different countries of Latin America by providing consulting for different companies. I have participated in strategic planning processes, creating new business models, marketing process alignment, sales and trade marketing, among others.

Beyond the objective of each of these interventions, a constant is present in all the working group and corporation: the importance of communication as a drive shaft of the solution of problems. Seems obvious. But what I mean is that communication solves problems that may think they are very technical. Here are some examples.

corporate boards in wasted hours and hours of valuable time, while executives do not realize discussing the same thing, but do not reach a consensus, because they are calling things differently.

Another case may be, when executives are realizing that brand positioning is not understood by the consumer, because from what he thinks the designer and the wearer to the market there is a lack of understanding, and hence large failures the market.

also about business that are selling products or services customers who are not suitable, because the sales no one had reported that this was not the target market, or the government reacts to events that are not confirmed and public reaction, causing damage to its image.

All these cases where I have participated in the fund, are issues that, in principle, be solved by improving human and organizational communication. After that comes into play the technical side of every situation. That's where lies the importance of communication.
